The following terms and conditions apply to all Ayetours products.
Ayetours may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
The copyright of all tours belongs to Ayetours.
When buying an Ayetour you agree not to unlawfully reproduce, modify, perform, transfer, distribute or allow use of the tour by anyone else. Ayetours are for your own use only.
After buying an Ayetour you may save it to your hard drive and then unzip and burn to a CD and/or transfer it to a suitable audio player. It is your responsibility not to lose damage or destroy tours that you have bought.
Occasionally, technical and other issues may delay or prevent download of Ayetours. If tours are not available for download within three days of purchase you must contact customer service via email at info@Ayetours.com
Payment Security
Ayetours uses Bank of Scotland Secure Trading for all online payments.
Remittance Terms
Payment must be made in full before the product is delivered.
Indemnity
You have sole responsibility for repercussions resulting from the download of Ayetours products.
Privacy Policy
We will not give your personal information to any third party, except by order of a court. On occasions, however, we may notify you of products or services from the Ayetours range. You may decline this at the point of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds may be offered to customers experiencing technical or audio problems with their downloadable tour. All such cases will be dealt with at the discretion of the Ayetours management. |
